What we collect
We collect the minimum required to deliver the service. When you upload a photo it stays in your browser memory only. It never touches our servers until you confirm payment, at which point it is sent once to our image-generation provider, used to produce your portrait, and then deleted. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs that include IP addresses and request timestamps. These are retained for a short period for security and uptime purposes and are not linked to any personal profile.
Photos you upload
Your photo lives in browser memory from the moment you choose it to the moment you close the tab. We never write it to disk, never store it in a database, and never use it to train any model. The only copy that leaves your device is the one sent to the image-generation provider after you pay, and that copy is deleted once your portraits are ready.
Generated portraits
Your finished portraits are stored on our servers for up to 24 hours so you can download them. They are deleted automatically after that window. We do not share them with anyone and do not use them for any purpose beyond delivering them to you.
Payment data
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive only a signal that payment was successful. We never see your card number, billing address, or any other financial detail. No payment information passes through our servers.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. We store a small flag in your browser local storage to confirm that payment has been received and to track how many portraits remain in your session. No personal information is held in this flag. We use anonymous infrastructure metrics from Vercel to monitor uptime and error rates. No personal data is sold to any third party.
Age requirement
This service is intended for users aged 13 and over. Purchasing a portrait requires you to be at least 18 years old, or to have the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the service, contact us and we will delete any related data promptly.
Your rights
Because we do not retain your photo or any personally identifiable information beyond 24 hours after your session ends, there is typically nothing to access or delete. If you have a question or concern, email us at fanframelive@gmail.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
